Our advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through our services, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of or customers.

We are committed to maintain the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential and current clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. CITIZEN ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT (CEE)

We have a moral as well as practical obligation to contribute towards the normalization of the Botswana socio-economic environment, thus we strive to contribute towards citizen Economic Empowerment as stipulated by the country. We have developed policies that constitute a fair labor practice in our workplace. Safety Signature also looks into hiring Batswana graduates as a way of helping the country’s unemployment rate.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

With any company’s success, responsibility arises towards its environs, the society in which it operates. Responsibility, which the company itself perceives and which is also expected and sometimes loudly demanded by its fellow citizens. Responsibility, which ultimately becomes a key factor for a truly sustainable prosperity of the company. Safety Signature believes that being business also includes playing an active role in the local community, and that business success is also measured by “being a good corporate citizen”. The involvement in any social issues aims to achieve partnerships which will benefit the larger local community and the company. Safety Signature will sometimes organize free community health and safety talks to the less privileged to share knowledge in nutrition and exercising.
