OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
As part of our commitment to achieving the principles of health and safety in our workplace, we recognise our moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for workers, customers and visitors. This commitment also extends to ensuring that our operations do not place the local community at risk of injury and illness.
Our commitment is summarized to the following principles:
- Promote safety and health as our number one priority and demonstrating such through leadership and setting personal examples
- Communicate this policy to persons working for and on behalf of Safety Signature
- Provision of adequate human, technological and financial resources to give effect to this policy
- Comply with the legal framework that Safety Signature subscribes to.
- Complete medical surveillance programmes to monitor the risks and impacts of occupational health, infectious and non-communicable diseases.
- Consult and participate with workers and worker representatives through agreed structure and on related safety and health matters
- Continual improvement of its Health & Safety performance through developing strategies, objectives, and programmes as well as risk controls and management actions and reviewing these on a regular basis.
QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
As part of our commitment to achieving the principle of quality service in our workplace, we recognize our moral and legal responsibility to provide high quality Safety, health, Environment products and services to our clients to improve their working environment standards. This commitment will be extended in future to being ISO 9001 certified.
While on the process of getting ISO 9001 certification, our Quality assurance department monitors and controls the company’s processes to ensure that any business development is aligned to corporate goals.

As a responsible corporate entity, Safety Signature is committed to protecting the environment in compliance with the environmental laws and the practices of the communities where it operates.
While pursuing our activities we endeavour to minimise any adverse impact on air, water and land by means of pollution prevention and energy and water conservation. By doing so, we achieve cost savings, an increased operational efficiency, improved quality of products and services and ultimately, a safe environment for the community as a whole and a healthy workplace for our employees.
